Domestic Shipping (Japan)

• Carriers: Yamato Transport / Sagawa Express

• Shipping Rates:

  • Orders ¥30,000 and over (tax included): Free Shipping

  • Orders under ¥30,000 (tax included): Flat rate of ¥870

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

• Estimated Delivery: Usually arrives within 1–3 days after dispatch (excluding remote islands and certain areas).

International Shipping

• Carriers: DHL / FedEx (Express)

• Shipping Rates:

  • Orders ¥45,000 and over: Free Express Shipping

  • Orders under ¥45,000: Flat rate of ¥5,000

• Customs, Duties & Taxes (DDP): We operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis. All applicable customs duties and local sales taxes (VAT/GST, etc.) are automatically calculated and collected at checkout. There will be no additional fees or delivery issues upon arrival.

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days after order confirmation.

• Estimated Delivery: Usually arrives within 3–7 business days after dispatch (delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance and local conditions in the destination country).

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a Tracking Number. You can check your delivery status in real-time via the link provided in the email.
