Gifu Prefecture's Seki City is known as one of the "world's three greatest knife-producing cities," alongside Solingen in Germany and Sheffield in England.
Since its founding in 1990, Kawakami Painting Atelier (Atelier Kawakami) has continuously refined its painting techniques for blades in this very city.
By blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary sensibilities, we elevate mere tools into "art that adorns spaces."
