Mt. Fuji and a full moon in a serene night sky. A highly maneuverable artisan knife for detailed tasks.

Crafted by master artisans in Seki City, this authentic Petty knife (Utility knife) is beautifully finished with unique custom painting by Akari by Atelier Kawakami.
A glowing full moon and Mt. Fuji emerge from a deep, glossy black background. Fine gold dust scattered across the handle and sheath resembles twinkling stars, bringing a captivating sense of luxury and fantasy to your kitchen every day.

It is a special Petty knife that is perfect for delicate tasks like peeling fruits, while offering both "the beauty of a display art piece" and "the ease of maintenance" for daily use.

[5 Key Highlights of Fuji Tsuki]

1. "Mt. Fuji, Moon, and Gold Dust Stars" depicting a magical night sky
The handle and exclusive wooden sheath (saya) are painted with snow-capped Mt. Fuji and a vivid full moon. Gold powder scattered on the jet-black background sparkles like stars in the night sky. The glowing gold cherry blossom emblem on the sheath and blade root enhances the traditional Japanese aesthetic and elegance.

2. Mirror-Hammered (Tsuchime) finish prevents food from sticking
The blade features a beautiful, mirror-polished hammered texture. Not only does it reflect light brilliantly, but it also prevents ingredients from sticking to the blade, ensuring smooth and rhythmic cooking.

3. Rust-resistant and easy for daily maintenance
The blade is made of "Stainless Knife Steel (SUS420J2)", known for its excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Unlike carbon steel knives, you don't need to worry about rust. Simply wash and wipe off the moisture after use for stress-free daily handling.

4. Water-resistant and hygienic "Plywood Handle x PC Bolster" structure
The base handle uses "plywood," which is highly resistant to rotting even when wet. A water-resistant "PC bolster" (plastic reinforcement ring) at the joint blocks water from seeping inside, making it a durable and hygienic structure you can use safely for years.

5. Exclusive "Magnolia Wood" sheath that protects the knife and releases moisture
The included sheath is made of traditional Japanese "Magnolia wood (Hoonoki)", commonly used for samurai sword scabbards. It is very light and perfectly soft to protect the blade. Furthermore, the wood naturally breathes to release moisture, preventing rust. It allows for safe and smart transportation for outdoor activities like camping or glamping.
