Golden marble patterns glowing like moonlight, decorated with floating cherry blossom petals. "Tsukizakura" is a Japanese artistic knife combining elegant beauty with practical daily performance.

Crafted by skilled blacksmiths in Seki City, Japan, and finished with original custom painting by Akari by Atelier Kawakami, this is a truly special Japanese chef knife.
The deep black background with glowing gold marble patterns creates a dramatic backdrop for floating golden cherry blossoms, bringing a luxurious Japanese aesthetic directly to your kitchen.

Versatile enough for precise slicing and larger cuts, this Gyuto knife balances artistic beauty with low-maintenance daily usability.

[5 Features of Tsukizakura]
1. Moonlight Gold Marble & Cherry Blossom Design
The handle and matching wooden sheath (Saya) feature a unique gold marble finish by Akari by Atelier Kawakami, decorated with elegant golden cherry blossom petals. The rich contrast between black and gold shifts beautifully depending on the light and angle. The gold cherry blossom emblem stamped on the sheath and blade adds a touch of pure luxury.

2. Mirror-Finished Hammered Blade (Prevents Food Sticking)
The blade surface is polished to a mirror finish with a traditional hammered (Tsuchime) texture. Beyond its sparkling appearance, the dimples create small air pockets that prevent vegetables and meat from sticking to the blade, ensuring smooth and effortless cutting.

3. Rust-Resistant & Easy to Maintain
Made with high-quality stainless steel (SUS420J2), this blade offers excellent rust resistance and durability. Unlike traditional carbon steel knives, you don’t need to worry about quick rusting or complex care—simply wash and dry it after use for effortless daily cooking.

4. Water-Resistant & Hygienic Handle
The handle uses durable laminated wood that resists water damage. The joint between the blade and handle is sealed with a plastic bolster (PC Katsura) to prevent water from penetrating inside. Highly hygienic and built to last for years.

5. Custom Japanese Magnolia Sheath (Saya) Included
The included sheath is made from natural Japanese magnolia wood (Hoonoki), traditional material used for Japanese sword sheaths. It is lightweight, gentle on the sharp edge, and naturally breathable to keep moisture away and protect the blade from rust. Perfect for safe home storage or taking your knife outdoors for camping and cooking.
